Tweaks2k2.net and brute force vga???
Hi,
I tried to understand but am still lost. After reading things in sticky threads about the "forced VGA" mode, so that you can select which programs should use "Real VGA", leaving the other programs in QVGA?
I also read that i can/should use tweaks2k2.net for selecting these programs and applying the VGA patch to that program.
So i installed tweaks2k2 and applied the vga patch to windows\iexplorer.exe. But when i run Internet Explorer everything still looks exactly the same as before. Did i miss something? I wanted to get more content visible in Internet Explorer this way but nothing has changed.
Or do i also need to install ozVGA in parallel to this to make this work?
Similar question for Pocket Breeze. In advanced it has an option for Using VGA software. Should i enable this and somehow with tweaks2k2 apply the vga patch to PocketBreeze executable (wherever that is?)?
Or do i also need ozVGA for this? Do tweaks2k2 and ozVGA need eachother or do i only need to install one?
Sorry. i really tried to understand the mystified sticky post etc.. but am still lost....
Thanks, Jan
