Hard Reset then can't sync with Activesync
I was trying to follow the instructions relating to the A12 ROM update. I performed a hard reset and then was trying to get a connection with Activesync prior to running the rom update exe.

Activesync will no longer see my Axim - although it is connected via the usb cradle. Any thoughts about why?

All suggestions appreciated.
