When I sync at home, ActiveSync never stops trying to sync with my x51v. At work, it syncs on a regular schedule. I did the fake server trick when I first got the Axim. Any idea why this would happen only at home?

Try this program, it toggles ActiveSync on and off at the click of a button. That will solve your Auto-Sync problems.
