Rom12 problems

Anyone know when Dell (*^&$%# $^%*@#) plans to get a new update out? Or are they just sticking us with their problems?

Did you follow the procedure to upgrade your ROM as outlined in the "Upgrade your ROM from A06 to A12" thread? So far I haven't had any issues... but I did follow the procedure, and found the ROM update worked as advertise, or at least it has for the past few weeks.

What problems are you having? I've not had any problems at all since the upgrade, at least none that weren't due to incompatable software.

I've been through my list of problems on other threads. The biggest being battery drain. I've followed every procedure ther is with about 5 different units. Nothing seems to work.

I would try the 'Fake Server Trick' described for solving this issue under ROM A06. It worked for me under A06 but after my upgrade to A12 is now not needed. I did the upgrade to A12 the day it was released and had no problems or issues which continues to be the case with me.

That's good, but I know I'm not the only one with this problem. Many others are experiencing the exact same thing.
