I have an Axim 51 and have had no trouble syncing with Active Sync and Outlook at home. I started a new job and they use Lotus Notes. I purchased EasySync Pro from IBM. The original version was 4.2.3. It did not work. IBM said that I needed the new Beta version 4.2.4. They sent it to me. I still cannot get it to sync. First, Active Sync 4.2 looks for Outlook and tells me that I can only sink Favorites since Outlook is not used at work. When I go to sync with EasySync it keeps trying to reinstall the program to my 51. If I say ok, it comes back on the 51 saying unable to load CAB files. If I ignore the reload to the device, it tries to sync, but says it cannot find the device, check to make sure Active Sync is running. I have called IBM many times and have many emails about the problem. None of their suggestions work. I have unistalled and reinstalled 2 times, looked for registry keys they tell me to delete, but they are not there.
Anyone know the solution to the problem??
