Aximsitex50icon Can't receive certain emails

I have an X51v, and haven't had any problems with it at all until recently. My brother lives in Tokyo and he sends me emails through his cell phone. Everything's been working fine for the longest time. All of a sudden, his emails show up on my pda, but with no message. It says 0k as the email size. He's not using any weird characters, all in english, and nothing on his end has changed. So instead of syncing through my wifi connection, I tried going straight to the hotmail site on internet explorer on the axim, and it shows the exact same thing. email is there, but no message, and the size is 0k. So I checked my inbox through my laptop, and it's all there. It shows that there is a message, just that the axim will no longer display it. Driving me crazy since I haven't changed anything. Anyone ever run into anything like this?
