shutdown TT5 slow on X51v

TomTom is the app I use most. Recently the shutdown is sometimes very slow. I cannot figure out what is causing it while sometimes it shuts down in a sec. Is TT saving things maybe?
There is not much else installed on my device.

I've logged a call with TomTom, but no reply yet.

Any suggestions?

My TT5 would take forever to shut down if I use it for more than 10 mins. It would take about 30 to 40 secs to shut down. If I use it for a few minutes, then, it would shut down in a couple of seconds. I believe the updated version fixed this problem.

Do you meen v6 or an update on v5.xx?
