Hi All,

This is going to sound pathetic but I'm stuck!

My happy little X51V (AO12) wasn't working quite how it should (the old Battery Latch issue - no I don't have a warped battery) so I went to refresh it with AO12 as that fixed it the last time...

However my problem is that I can't do a hard reset! When I push the buttons to do one the screen with the select either the calendar or mail buttons is displayed for less that 1second and then the Axim boots up again as normal (all data still there!) so what do I do?

Leave the update program running when it tell you to do the hard reset and perform the hard reset as it directs you. After it reboots (with your data intact) let it connect to activesync and the update program should detect it and give you a "Continue" button. The program should then go through the rest of the procedure as normal, flashing the ROM and then a proper hard reset that allows you to wipe all your settings.
