Hello people,

I am having a few probs with my X51v:

I am unable to use the phone as a modem over a bluetooth link, my PDA is paired and I have the modem selected but it just refuses to connect. I get the msg that the PDA would like to use the phone as a modem and I check always allow but then I get a pop up telling me that for some unknown reason the device as failed to connect and I should reset the device to the original settings (which I have done). This is strange as by PDA has no trouble using my mates w810i as a modem.

Also my Axim is refusing to sync with my laptop via bluetooth, which it did a few weeks ago, I have tried to reconnect the devices using this link

I should point out that I am able to use the phone as a modem when I have it connected via the sync cable but what I really want is to get it working on my pda over bluetooth so I can leave the laptop in the office.

I have called t-mobile numerous times, they started off a bunch of usless ##### but on Friday night a really helpful chap actually rung me and spent the best part of an hour trying to get the PDA to use the w850i as a modem, unfortunatly as you might be able to tell I was unable to find a solution.

I have noticed that peolpe are using the:

Broadcom Bluetooth Stack X51

Has this helped anyone? (I amk a little reluctant to install it as I can pair with my gps reciever perfectly)
