I get this notice everytime I reset or put 51into cradle. How do I fix what's wrong?

I would try using MemMaid or SKTools to look at the notification queue and remove references to that program. You can download trial versions or either from Pocketgear.

The same message annoyed me after having uninstalled a recent version of the odyssey client.
Using "CheckNotifications" (freeware) from ScaryBear Software (http://www.scarybearsoftware.com/cn_overview.html) I got rid of it.
I had no problems with the software, though it is written for WM 2003.
