Short cut keys error PITab error code, i cannot get my short cut keys to open any of the programs that are assigned to them

I have tried re-stting them but no luck. i just got the Belkin key board as well, i installed it, noticed this issue and un installed it, still having issue, did a soft reset , no change.

Any ideas?

now I also just put in a new 2 gig sd card a few days ago but every thing worked
