Worried Can't Sync After Using MemMaid!!!

Ok, so I use MemMaid to clean out my temp files and my excess notifications periodically on my X51v. I was pointed to this handy program via this web site - Thanks! Before I started using MemMaid, I would sometimes have to wait up to 2 minutes after powering up before the Axim would even respond to anything.

Here's the issue I'm having- I will use the quick clean function and then go into MemMaid to clean out extraneous notifications. I was never instructed how exactly this should be done, but basically I go ahead and delete ANY duplicate notifications in the queue, leaving just one copy of all notifications. However, a few times after doing this, I have tried to sync (USB via the cradle) and ActiveSync comes up with the error message that it is having trouble connecting. The troubleshooter does nothing. So I end up having to do a HARD RESET and start over.

Can anyone tell me if I'm doing something wrong here? There's definitely a direct correlation between me deleting notifications (a particular notification?) and then the Axim refusing to be recognized. Please help!

I have had the same problem like yours. I've spent hours to find what is the root cause and it seems that it's the notification that u've deleted cause the problem.
did you use Check and Clear Notification and delete off this notification called repllog.exe? That is the Activesync component...and once deleted, you wont be able to Activesync.

So please leave the notification tab alone, don't delete anything if you do not know what it does. I've learnt my hard lesson and cost me a hard reset.
