I had my Z51 replaced because the touch screen did not respond. Whe I go the refurbished one from Dell, it would load the Think Outside Keyboard software but the additonal keyboard functions would not work (doing the functions from the keyboard such as opening Notes, Word, Excel, calendar, conatacts, closing programs, answering ok, etc.). I installed, removed, installed the original software and software from the manufacturer. Any ideas on what will fix this problem?
