X51v failing to power up

Please help, I have a x51v which is dead and refuses to power up, I have two fully charged batteries and both make no diffrence when pressing the power swich. I have also tried the reset button.

Is there a way to do a hard reset? Any ideas welcome.

Regards Steve

To do a hard reset,
Hold down the power button and push the reset button at the same time.

Another way for others with same issue: Remove back-up battery and rechargeable battery. Wait 10-20 minutes. Re-install batteries.
