Bluetooth GPS stopped detecting SATs

I have the dell bluetooth (BT-332) GPS system. It has never worked great, but I have managed to use it for 6 months without much problem. Then, it just stopped grabbing Sattelites. I have tried hard resets and reinstalling but it doesn't work. Does anyone have a solution?

I have the same symptoms with leadtek gps
