Active Synch is not the greatest program in the world. Sometimes it doesn't recognize my device right away. I have to take it out of the cradle & put it back in a few times before it will be recognized. If that doesn't work reboot my computer & softrest my Axim.

When windows starts up without my axim in the cradle I get an error message. Telling me that Active Synch can't find my device. No kidding, its not in the craddle. This all started with v4.5.

Hi VE8JL

I have been looking at the registry file with and without the widcomm installed, to see what the changes are So I am still looking at the moment, although we must remember that the Widcomm software is still under development , so this problem may get fixed, It strange that no one else as had the same problem that we have.,
Will keep you informed Richard
