Help with wireless/Green LED not flashing

Hello,

Help please.

I'm a newbie to these and I can't figure out how to connect to my wireless router . Whenever I enable wireless, only the blue led will flash, not the green one. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

You're turning on bluetooth not 802.11b. You need to use the Dell WLAN utility on the Connections tab of the Settings screen.

On your TOdAY screen TAP the wireless icon bottom right hand corner,
WYLAN screen comes up,turn on wireless and the check the SITES tab.
Another thing to do first though is TURN OFF the FLIGHT MODE,do this
by TAPPING the "X with 2 ARROWS" next the speaker symbol at the top
of TODAY screen as this caused me connection woes.
Don't forget your Axim 51v is mode "B" wireless so if your desktop is on
mode "G" only this presents another problem.

Actually, the WLAN utility will override the flight mode. By turning Off flight mode, all he'll be doing is turning on BT again.

Doh!!!

I feel so stupid. I clicked the big box that says TURN ON and it works now. I thought all you had to do was put it in auto.
