Hi, the problem is: on my Axim V51 appointments older than 14 days are automatically deleted, but still there on Outlook 2003. I spoke with Dell and they send me an other device. My question is the trouble is on the hardware or the software?

There is nothing wrong with your hardware. That is the default setting in Activesync. You need to go into the activesync settings for Calendar and change it to something longer.
