Guys I had the same problem and contacted Dell. They said they would have to change the device and sent me a new one. the one I have now does not have the same problem.
If it is under warranty send ti back.

That means Dell doesnt want to invest the time in finding an answer.

If I have tome, tonight, I'm going to do a full bakcup then hard reset and add programs back 1-by-1 and see what the culprit is. I've had this problem off and on with this machine, so I think it's soemthign to do with the software...
