Unable to enable wifi

I went to use my Axim X51v this morning and when I tried to enable the wifi connection it seemed ok, except that the green light doesnt flash and the signal bar at the bottom doesnt change. I tried enabling via the wlan util and it still wont enable. I reset the thing and still the same prob. I've had this happen before and I hit the reset button on the back and it worked fine after, but its not working this time. Any suggestions?
Thanks

try clicking on your wireless icon at the top of your screen and turn on (or off) the flight mode. For some strange reason my Axim now needs the flight mode turned on for the wifi to work.

Are you using the widcomm stack? I found that when I installed that, then the flight mode doesn't work right anymore.

Hey Bigdave,
I am using the widcomm stack. It took me a bit to figure out that "fix" since as far as I knew the flight mode was supposed to disable all wireless so you could take it on a plane (as if turning off the bluetooth and wireless shouldn't accomplish the same thing) so I thought I would mention the flightmode thing since it goes against what you would normally expect...

With all that it fixes, the widcomm stack breaks a couple of things but it is still well worth it. I also have the issue that Catfish45 found. Sometimes you have to cycle BT on and off to get it to actually come on. Weird but still not worth going back to the MS stack. Glad its working for you.
