Right now, my axim has 64mb of ram. How do i increase it? I read other posts that states you can use a compact flash card? If so, what card do i need to do so?

CF or SD card is good for storage of docs and the install of most apps.

But as far as RAM for running apps and such, checkout PPCTechs and see if they have a RAM upgrade for your device

I have a Axim 51v and run both a 2GB SD and CF card.
I also have purchased MemMaid appllication which will
let you assign ram consuming things like caches to either
SD or CF cards this might be cheaper than increasing ram.
The stock 51v will handle I believe a 4GB SD and I have seen
reports of 16GB CF cards being used,it's only as limited as
your cash resources.

Go to PocketPCTechs.com, and select your device, there is an upgrade to 128Mb of RAM available. I did this, and it took about a week to get my device back, when I did it flew! This is an almost Mandatory upgrade for the X51v, it will perform with speed and precision under nearly ALL circumstances. I can run three or four programs simultaneously now. You Need this Upgrade.
