When I use the "typewriter" keyboard, the letter below the one I press is entered. On the bottom line, since there isn't anything below it, I get all kinds of letters. How can this be corrected?

clean with a biz card around the edges where a swab won't reach. If you notice scum and dirt there, and you're brave, it's really easy to take the case apart and put back together. Then, you really see the dirt, and can do a complete screen cleaning, which always helps in the alignment process.

The re-alignment worked. Such an easy fix -- that I would never have thought about. Thank you for your help.

Glad to hear that it worked. As bernardm stated, it doesn't always solve the problem and cleaning the edges me also solve the issue.
