I just purchased Spb Finance and the Finance Entry program comes with it. The main Finance program works fine. The Finance Entry program will not boot, however. I get "error loading skin" message. Does anyone know how to fix this.

I am running SPB Finance on my X51v with no problems. I see in the Options of the Finance Entry program there is a Skin tab. There are 2 skins defined: 'Default' at '\Program Files\Spb Finance\default\d_Skin.sfes' and '2005' at '\Program Files\Spb Finance\2005\2005_Skin.sfes'. Maybe these are not there on your device?
