So I've had my axim for over two years now (and joined then but haven't posted so it looks like I lost my membership lol ) and haven't had any issues that I couldn't figure out/correct. I've mostly been using my axim for just odds and ends and don't really have any programs that can be interfering with the startup since I haven't downloaded anything in ages. I did both a soft and hard reset but after the dell logo pops up, I get those evil lines and it powers down. Could it be the battery? O.o

Have you tried it on the cradle or mobile adapter
if you one?
This would isolate the battery theory.
Give it a try!
