Battery won't stay charged

I charge my Axim X51V in the cradle all day and by the next day, the battery is completely drained. I've replaced the battery and the bluetooth is not on. Any ideas?????

Wifi is left on overnight (blinking green light). Programs are left running when powering off (settings/memory/running programs/end programs. Bad battery.

Wifi is off (I made sure). The battery is new. I will try turning off all the programs like you suggested. Thanks for your help.

Start/settings/system/memory/running programs/stop all.
This makes sure nothing is running.
