Rhapsody does not recognize X51V as authorized device

I'm somewhat of a newbie to X51V. Although I've had the X51V for awhile I haven't had time to resolve some of issues. One of the issues I'm experiencing is that Rhapsody does not recognize the X51V or SD card as compatible device for Rhapsody To Go. Although I've authorized both the device and SD card it still give error messages noting can only be purchased for the particular device. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Contact Rhapsody Customer Service. My Axim 50 was an authorized device and I had no problems.
