Aximsitex50icon Two Problems - Memory & Wireless Connectivity

I have two problems I hope someone can help with... (I'm sorry if these are already answered somewhere .... I did look!)

I've had my Axim X51V for over a year now and have recently found my Memory is getting critically low ... most if not all my programmes are on SD card, twice lately the AX has frozen on windows start up page requiring hard reset.

I've searched the boards and checked my ROM and it appaers to be latest A12

I tired installing recommended dell upgrades:
- Colorado_Adds_Fix_1123.CAB
- NotificationMgrCabv1.1.0.0.CAB

And now my wireless connection is gone and my memory is still critical.. finds network, loses it etc.. it would appear the longer I leave it cradled the worse m memory gets

(I did purchase Spb Insight lately but uninstalled it when memory was poor but it didn't have any affect so I re-installed it)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I don't want to mess around with router as I feel I might mess up network and be left with no connection at all (Lap top connecting fine)

Start from scratch-in other words backup and hard reset.
This give you back your original factory settings for everything
including wifi.
The downside of course you will have to reinstall some apps.
Remove your CF/SD cards before the hard reset.

check your available memory for programs and storage and post that info here... clear your temp folders on your device (not your storage unless you want too) and run a few cleaners such as sktools or memmaid to get rid of as much junk as possible.

it sounds like you havent been doing any maintenance on your device and youve been installing or downloading too much to main memory...
