help, I need to completely reset my x51V from scratch

When resetting my password in (i took it out earlier this week), I didn't reliaze I had entered something difference. Hence, I am now LOCKED OUT of my own PDA. While I realize I won't be able to retrieve anything saved on the actual PDA itself, I would still like to be able to use my PDA by retting everyhing from scratch (at least I should be able to upload from my old documents folder on the desktop).

how do I reset everything?? everytime I press the little reset button in the back, it just restarts and reprompts me for hte password. There's gotta be a way!

To do a Hard Reset, you need to hold down the Power Button at the same time you press the Reset button in back. This will reset everything to the original factory settings, so you'll need to re-sync to get you data back and you'll need to re-install your third-party applications.

If this security program is in your ActiveSync list, make sure you uninstall it before you re-sync or you may end up locked out again. :)
