I have an x51v with a broken digitizer. I've ordered 2 discount digitizers off ebay from Hong Kong and both of them have the "offset" on the connector cable going the wrong way (up instead of down) and also the connections on the wrong side of the film. I hesitate to order another one unless someone can help me by verifying that the supplier provides the correct digitizer. Thanks for any help.

Hi Marlin.
I just signed here seeking help for the same problem. My x51v touch screen digitizer broke so I bought one replacement off ebay from Hong Kong and I have just installed in my PDA perfect fit but the touch screen is not responding accurately. I did the calibration test and still is not working as it supposed to work.
The original touch screen has this numbers on it :
A187G-P060729-1151
and the one they send me has:
A187E-P041206-322
from out side, both (original and replacement) digitizers look exactly the same.
I really don't know if this is a compatiblity problem or else but I will let you know what the seller has answer me.

Steve: Thanks for the advice on pocketpctechs.com but $149 is way out of my budget.
The seller from ebay is going to send me the 3rd digitizer but I doubt is going to work.
I 've checked another seller from ebay they said that the Touch Screen they sell is Orignally Brand New one and in PERFECT condition against that OEM one which is priced to be far lower but Untactile, Calibration-Unabled and Word-Adrift. Their price is $57.00

Any other advice?
