Problem not fixed. Tuscho decided to call it quits. I think it was a hardware issue. So it's the end of the road.

Yes, thatīs right! I decided to quit after tried all options that i knew and all that John knew...

My sugestion after reading a lot of foruns about X51s: donīt by one anymore, since Dell decided to end the production of this product. Support is bad, the device itself itīs considered by a lot of people as "unstable".

I just want to tank you John by the help, anyway.

Regards,
Tuscho.

Question Another blue Dell Logo brick!

I also have a X51V that is stuck at the blue Dell Logo screen. Ive done the SD card flash of A06 that I downloaded from the dell website. This process goes through to the hard reset page. When I press the Power/Reset combo the Axim starts its reboot but then again freezes at the blue Dell logo screen.

I've also ran the diagnostics which completes. But, the results are as follows:

CPU - Pass
SDRAM - Pass
RTC - Pass
FLASH
LCD - Pass
BUTTON - Pass
AUDIO - Pass
LED - Pass
RECORD - Pass
TOUCH - Pass

Notice no "Pass" after Flash! Is this the problem? Is there a fix? Anyone else have or get around this problem?

I've left the thing sitting for a whole day to see if it would go ahead and boot at some point with no success.
