Hi Guys

I'm desperate for some help here. I'm sat in the MGM Grand hotel arena getting set up to take stills at the boxing tonight and I have a problem.

There is a wifi signal in here that my axim tells me it is connected to, when I launch Opera the page isnt redirecting away from my google home page to the log in page of MGM. I know everything, as far as the signal is concerned, is fine because when I connect with my laptop it DOES redirect to the MGM login page and I log in no problem.

I have tried opera and internet explorer on my axim but the same thing happens with both browsers, it wont redirect to the login page....I have tried to look into setting, but to be honest I'd probably cause more damage than good if I start messing with stuff

I need to be connected so that I can launch pocket PhoJo to send my images.


Please help, or there will be a big space in my newspaper where my picture should be!

hi...thanks have tried that and still get a blank screen both with opera and internet expolorer.....I dont know where you are but im desperate could I call you?

I think I need to get beyond the log in page at mgm to then use the link you sent me.....thats the problem, when i open up my browsers the home page set on both of them wont redirect to allow me to enter the access code in the mgm page.....my mac is fine tho....

Is there any kind of wireless security? (WPA-PSK, etc...)

Hi....Dont know to be honest......I have logged on successfully using my mac. I opened safari, got the MGM login page entered my access code and off i went. I just dont get the MGM login page appear when I open Internet explorer or Opera on the axim, just a blank page, not even my homepage-google.

Given the circumstances, a hard reset would probably solve this. But you are going to lose all data and programs. Is that worth it?

Have you tried clearing out the internet files and cache for Intenet Explorer and Opera?
