My x51v will launch to the password page, but will not let me interact with it to get past the password page. I cannot enter the password, nor does it respond in any other way besides and hard reboot.

It seems to sync just fine.

Does anybody have any suggestions on how to get my x51v to respond?

I have downloaded the A12 ROM, but wanted to see if anybody had any other suggestions before I wipe it clean and start over...

Have you checked the Lock Switch on the side.

Sometimes it sticks and need to be switched on and off a few times.
