I have an x51v that was left in the car overnight with temperatures below zero (though not below the minus 20 limit) and now it will not boot.

I get either a corrupted Dell blue loading screen or just vertical stripes. The wireless and bluetooth indicators come on but I cannot access anything via wireless or USB connection or synchronise.

Any ideas? :(

It has probably developed some condensation inside.

Remove the battery and allow it to dry out in a warm place.

You may be lucky after a few days.
