Unable to use File Explorer-HELP

I need some help. Today when I went to use the File Explorer on my Axim X51 with WinMobile 5 it would work. Every time I tap on "My Device" I get redirect to www.microsoft.com/mobil. I am unable to see what files and documents I have on Axim.
Does anyone know what is going on and how I can get my File Explorer to work?
Any help would be appreciated. I have done both soft and hard reset without any luck.
I use SPB Backup to bring my information back up on Axim after doing hard reset.
Thanking you in advance for your assistance

If you backed the pocket pc up right before you performed the hard reset, restoring your backup file right afterwards simply restores the device back to its original settings, problems and all. Every time you restore from the backup file the problem is restored as well.

Perform another hard reset, then see if your problem has been resolved. If so, do not restore your backup file. You'll need to set everything up from scratch.
