One was on the <a href="http://www.gearlive.com/index.php/news/article/first-microsoft-zune-unboxing-video-1113/" target="_blank"><font color="#804040"><strong>First Microsoft Zune Unboxing Video</strong></font></a> by Andru Edwards<strong>.</strong> This is not a run of the mill unboxing but rather a very decent presentation of two Zunes - one black and one brown. Now, there's a man after my own heart. Break it down, build it up. And get documentation while you do it! It's good to have a video of a disassembly; that helps you to figure out where the "extra" parts go.

Yeah, there is no way that I would take a new device apart like that. I would never have the nerve. I'd be pretty ticked if I put it back together and it didn't work. I guess I'm glad that there are people out there who do this though.

I'm just crazy enough that I'd do it. Of course, that's only if I had the money to replace it with a functioning one if it didn't work when I put it back together.

Heck, I once blew a motherboard and HDD doing something really stupid. Well, I learned, now didn't I? Probably good to make your connections and perform disassembly while it's powered off. Outside of that, you'd have to be really careless to actually break something!
