I really like my Zune. My kids wanted I-pods for Christmas (teenagers).....so I had been researching media players. I ordered them i-pods...but found the Zune after I had ordered them. I got myself a Zune and after playing with both, I really prefer the Zune. I don't know why everyone says it is "huge", because it is not. It's smaller than my Dell Axim x51v, and I carry that with me everywhere. I used to play music and video on my ppc, but decided I wanted to have separate devices (well, it was also an excuse to get a new gadget for myself, which my DH says doesn't take much to do
I think the Zune/I-pod debate will continue for many years to come. I think it depends on the preference of the user. For me, I am sticking with the Zune. It is easy to use, and has lots of possibilites for future additions/improvemnets. I really like it. And my teenagers, who are i-pod fanatics..... are now Zune owner-want-to-be's..... but they can't have Mom's "toys"!
