For those of you that have a Blackberry, SlingPlayer Mobile is now available and lets you watch and control your home TV and DVR via your Slingbox on your BlackBerry smartphone. Cool!  Earlier today, I received and email letting me know that Sling Media’s SlingPlayer Mobile for BlackBerry has officially exited public beta and is now available as an over the air download from mobile.slingmedia.com using a BlackBerry...

SlingPlayer Mobile on the iPhone
Yesterday we(as well as a bunch of other folks) received an email from Sling Media talking about a proof of concept version of SlingPlayer Mobile.   Matt Miller from The Mobile Gadgeteer also received the email and had an interesting comment saying that he was expecting a SlingPlayer Mobile client when the new iPhone 2.0 firmware was released and that it has him wondering what applications, if any, we will see...
