Southwest Airlines, Surprise Mobility…. PART DUECE

Remember this? Brochure in the seat pouch, WiFi found at 10k feet, Live Basketball in flight!!! These were photos I took on a Southwest flight back in April when returning from CTIA. This was a trial for inflight WiFi by Southwest. It could not have come a better time either. It was NCAA Tourney time and with this WiFi and my laptop streaming the ballgames, my area of the plane looked like a bar in the terminal....

So, I use Southwest Airlines for a couple reasons when i fly to Vegas. The main reason is the direct flight from Birmingham to Vegas and the other is the fact that they are one of the last airlines left that do not charge for luggage. I got ready to fly home from Vegas last night and I was bummed with the Michigan St. vs Uconn game starting. We got on the plane a couple minutes into the game. We got airborne and 10 minutes...
