If the pricing of Palm’s Treo Pro on the Sprint network is any indication, the Palm Pre has no hope of being released at a reasonable price. Microsoft sent word today that they are happy that they expect to see 25 Devices running Windows Mobile 6.1 by Holiday 2008. Supposedly the HTC Touch Dual will be available at Best Buy this weekend but it has not appeared as available as of Saturday morning … I guess we will just have to wait a bit longer.  In any event, this is a pretty cool device that comes with Windows Mobile 6.1 right out of the box.  The TouchFLO touch screen will make navigation easy as you read your email and browse the “net” and the slide...

Mel Sampat from the Windows Mobile Team Blog posted a video that demos what the 6.1 experience is like.  It is a long video (40 minutes) but the features you will see are pretty cool and well worth the time.  Is everything in the demo?  No, there are a few features missing like IEMobile’s new Zoom feature and integration with SCMDM 2008 but I’m sure we will see more as time goes on.
